Matthew Arnold Stern -- NewsMatthew to Speak at the 2005 WritersUA ConferenceOctober 24, 2004 (Updated March 22, 2005) I was one of the speakers at the 2005 WritersUA (formerly WinWriters) Conference. In my presentation, "Developing SDK Documentation with Javadoc," I will show help authors how to use Javadoc and other documentation generators to produce useful and up-to-date technical documentation. My session was held on Tuesday, March 22, 10:15–11:30 a.m. Pacific Time. The WritersUA Conference is the premier gathering of help authors. At previous conferences, Microsoft introduced HTML Help and the Help 2 platform for Visual Studio .NET. I spoke at the 1999 conference and participated in the Peer Showcase in 2000 and 2003. The 2005 conference was held March 20–23 at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The next WritersUA Conference will be March 26–29, 2006 in San Diego, California. There will also be WritersUA events in 2005 in Philadelphia on September 12 and 13 and Amsterdam on September 16 and 17. For more information, visit the WritersUA Web site.
